Tiger closed down.
Mr. Attack requests the company of Stinger at the Gold Coast game.
I dont think he will approve of that. However as he has just stated, look for the man with one arm and one leg and you can locate him
He'll be the guy coming last in the bum-kicking competition.

Yep, but because we were flying back on the Sunday (31st) we get a refund (in the mail) so we booked Virgin at more than twice the price. Trouble is, after you've booked for a room, tickets to the game etc etc; you're locked in.

I once spent a year in Adelaide, I think it was on a Sunday.

I must have been lucky, I had to change my bookings from Tiger however pay a total of about $30 more travelling up with Virgin and back with Jetstar but Im heading up Thursday after work and coming back Monday afternoon so I got weekday rates apparently.

Staying in Broadbeach so looking forward to post game drinks..

What I am interested in though is where us Saints fans will be sitting? as I will be purchasing GA tickets next week and want to ensure me and my mates will be with fellow sainters.

I am so frustrated with St Kilda. We have a function planned but cannot promote till we get it confirmed. With only two weeks to go, I'm not sure it will happen and that could be what they want!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To supporters with cars - there is no parking at Metricon Stadium and no street parking close by. You can no longer park at Emerald Lakes Golf Club. There is a free bus from Pacific Fair (but you can't leave your car there) and I believe it is unreliable. Or you can park near Nerang Station and get a free shuffle. Or you can catch a bus from Mermaid Beach Surf Club, cost is $10 return and includes a drink at the club and a drink at the ground. Thats what we are doing. However, you need to book and pay in advance. Phone - (07) 5575 3211. Mermaid Surf Club is the first suburb south of Broadbeach, so not far.

Pre game drinks will be at Mermaid Surf Club. The reason why we have gone to the Liars Bar is that its open late, good music and you can wear your footy gear without problems.

More details later.

Good luck DWOODROW, tell that brother of yours to "bust his buns" we want him paying that night!!!!!!

PS - I have met Zac

Cheers Saintbev, Where does the bus leave Pacific Fair is there a designated bus stop or terminal?

We had a win/win, I said i will never fly Tiger again after problems in the past. So i used Tiger prices for Jetstar to match. Now Tiger are not flying, I got Jetstar flights at Tiger Prices.

We are heading up on the Thursday morning and coming back on the Sunday night. All i hope for is warmer weather and a win.

We live a little south of Pacific Fair. It costs my daughter between $20 - $25 to get home when she goes into Surfers. So a taxi would be $30+

Hi Saint Bev. Seems like you are putting in a lot of work, without much support from the Club (typical). If you can give us an idea of what your problem is, someone on the Forum may be able to assist from down here.

Good luck :D

Thanks, not sure anyone can do anything. I just need St Kilda to stop changing their mind on what we can do with the function and confirm so we can promote as we are running out of time.

Go straight to Michael Nettlefold, St Kilda CEO and ask for him to sort things out.

If you can't get through to him, send a very strongly worded email message about your problems, or leave a strong message with his secretary.

Good luck. It sounds like you may need it, but things shouldn't be this difficult :x

Are we going on a recruiting trip to see who we want to woo when they come out of contract at the end of 2012?

"Hi? Trent McKenzie? Ross Lyon here...let's talk..."
