Does this Oracle have a name? Or should he/she/GT be known simply as the Oracle?

i already deduced this - does that make me an oracle? :D

Seriously - and don't call me stevie - we can get to a prelim. Play either Filth or Cats, wouldn't bother me, though meeting carlsum - if by a miracle they get that far - would be a bonus.
Stevie please donot disrespect the Oracle. There is only one Oracle. You are not worthy. We are but mere mortals.

All Hail the Oracle!!!!

Of course the Oracle can predict in advance. It's the Oracle. That's what the Oracle does. The further into the future we go, however, the harder it is for the Oracle to foresee.

The Oracle has informed me that:

This week: we will comfortably account for the Gold Coast Suns by a minimum of 5 goals.

In round 20: we will comfortably account for Fremantle by a minimum of 5 goals.

In round 21: The oracle can not yet foresee the result of this game.

In round 22: We will manage to beat Sydney in a close game.

In round 23: We will comfortably account for North Melbourne.

In round 24: We will beat Carlton in (what is likely to be) a close game.

We will finish the season sixth on the ladder.

In the elimination final: We will win.

In the semi-final: We will win (as long as we don't play West Coast in Perth. If we do, the Oracle cannot foresee the result. This is unlikely, though.)

In the preliminary final: The oracle cannot yet foresee the result of this game.

The Oracle has no further predictions to make for now, except to say that the Oracle has foreseen that as long as Ross Lyon is coach of the St.Kilda football club, it is only a matter of time until we win a flag.

The Oracle looks forward to seeing the Oracle's above mentioned acts of foresight manifest themselves into reality over the following weeks. The Oracle will be back here before the Preliminary final to give the result of that particular match. If I learn anything new from the Oracle before then, I'll be sure to pass that information onto you.

I do not mean to disrespect the Oracle but he is getting ahead of himself. Why can he predict some games and not others?

Do not pester the Oracle with inanities!

Let the predictions continue.

Seems the oracle is of similar optimistic tendencies as myself, why is the oracle not ridiculed by the wider community like myself. Perhaps the sensitive radar equipment also acts as a shield.

How does the Oracle make his predictions?

Reading animal innards as per usual Oracle practices?

... or by a more 21st Century method?

It's okay if his Highness is not prepared to answer my humble inquiry though.

Can the Oracle give me this week's Tattslotto numbers?

The Oracle is not concerned with fiscal matters.

How does the Oracle make his predictions?

By seeing into the future.

hungry for a premiership, could you please ask the Oracle (If it pleases his majesty) for a prediction on whether Zac is in trouble for the late hit on Fraser.

The Oracle is pretty good. He said we would win by a min of 5 goals. Not far off.

I dont think the oracle should be bothered over stupidity such as that carried out by Zac Dawson

Lets not overburdon his oracleness as he is yet to predict the pf result. Let us not drain his great wisdom wanting to know about Zac and his brain fades.

In the Oracle we trust

would you mind asking the Oracle if it can see me actually having settlement on the house we brought any time in the not so distant future.
Ofcourse Ive considered asking my conveyancor but she is useless in a way words can not justify.
If it helps you can also let the oracle know the banks are ready. Well they have been for 6 weeks now.
