5. Stephen Milne (easily our best player, kicked 3 and made at least two others)
4. Leigh Montagna (his third quarter set up the win)
3. Raph Clarke (exciting and exasperating)
2. Clint Jones (did a lot of hard work in close)
1. Nick Dal Santo (given who he was running with in the second half, I actually thought he played very well).

Think this is it, Raph was awesome, Gilbert found his swag, Schneider classy by foot, Milne had a massive influence with limited possies and Steven kept on keeping on!SainterK wrote:Raph

5. Raph - Great game took the game on and his decision making has improved dramatically
4. Milne - Kicked the goals when they needed to be kicked.
3. Sniderman - Kicked a couple but assisted in more.
2. BJ - not outstanding but done enough.
1. Joey - Started on Judd kept he quiet early then came to life in the second half.
Gilbo, Jack, Dal were not far off.

Raph did plenty of great things tonight and provided fantastic run on the rebound, but he was guilty of some ordinary decision-making and I reckon he got away with a couple where we were somehow able to worm our way out of trouble after he's handballed to players under all sorts of pressure, so couldn't quite rate him on top.
And Dal, while kept quiet by his standards - particularly in the first half, some of his contested wins and then use of the footy in traffic tonight. Geez - you just wish the ball was in his hands at every clearance. Beautiful to watch.
