For that reason I dunno if Gilbert cuts it

Disposal and speed are the big ones for me.

Accountability is over-rated considering the success of Davis and Murphy throughout the season past. Even a player like Jordan Russell in 2010 proved that one does not need to defend that well or be able to outmark the opponent to play well off a half back flank.
