Here is my Kosi story
went to training (one of the few open days) at Moorabbin and was waiting patiently with my then 8yo boy to get a few autographs after training. While we were waiting for ksi we were close enough hear a conversation he had with a little tacker of about 5. The boy asked Kosi to sign something and when he asked the boys name the kid told him his full name.. Kosi then said didn't you write a letter to me the other week? The boys face absolutly lite up Kosi then dropped down to a knee to be closer to the kids height and spent a good 5 minutes talking to this kid while also signing things for others. Now this could have been a set up from the boys mum who worded Kosi up but i prefer to think that Kosi is just a ripper of a bloke.

Great stories.

Kosi does seem like a really, really good bloke.

Nice story :)

There was a letter that mention Kosi that was read out by Westaway at this years B&F about his interaction with an ill supporter.

He is always one of the friendliest with the kids...

Strikes you as a good guy, and you can tell his teammates love him.

Great article to read about Josh........... loved the bit with Joey and the 'only cool kids wear gloves' 8-)

What I also found most pleasing, was the last sentence in the article.

'The St.Kilda Football Club woulld like to thank Josh and his family for attending the Open Training Session.......................................'

I note there is a subtle difference in the way the Saints are going about their PR now. A public recognition that the supporters are paramount............ they (supporters) need the thanking and not vice versa.

Great stuff St. Kilda Football Club. :P

With so much pressure on players from the Press and associated negative reports, its great to see some "positive" publicity about what must be heaps of similar things done by very empathetic and understanding players.

Well done boys !

to be fair they were trying early last year But every word out of the club drew alternative views and suspicious inuendo and comparison

Nice to have a fresh pre season.
