Lenny is 32 coming off 2 knee recos
Riewoldt is 29 with dodgy (maybe degenerative) knees
We only have one genuine ruckman and he struggles at clearances
Milney is 32
We lack pace
We lack good kicking skills
We dont have a fullback

Pros
Gilbo cant get any worse
Lenny is at least going to play
Riewoldt might improve
We have recruited/developed some players with pace
We have a good coaching staff
We have good morale
We are injury and scandal free
We have adapted to a new training base
We have a good draw

Gwilt back
Proper pre-season for first time since 2008/2009
Goddard had an op.....hips should be good
Gram will be fitter

Cons.....

at the moment, sure. but every year at least one player has an early long-term injury. last year lenny and gwilt, the year before roo, etc. so someone will get badly injured in the first five rounds. the only question is who? and how important are they?

Pros:
No more "coach for my strike rate", "I don.t coach skill errors"
No more heart in your mouth every time ball goes to condom fitter and opponent one on one!
Hopefully no more trying to win games 5 goals to4.

In my position at work we don't cry over semi competent people leaving as it often gives an opportunity for someone else to grow into that role.

And in my role we dont act like little kids when someone happens to leave especially when he was offered way more money. We respect their achievements and wish them all the best.
