Simpkin is our fullback. Plain and simple.
Our next goal is to find someone who can play tall alongside him. I hope this will be Jackson Ferguson - who is only 19 so ptobably a season or two away.

I like Simpkin but think he is more of a flanker, I fear he isnt tall enough. Ironic how we are trying to fit 3 or 4 talls in the fwdline yet the backline is where it is required.

I always felt the same about Maxy as well to small to be the full back more suited as the flanker ..
