Re: VFL RD 5 - Sandy vs Williamst'n Radio/ scores
Sandy's disposals in the first half was sh@#house , thats why they lost it .
They were much better in the second half , a couple of soft frees to willy around the 20min mark of the third , which lead to goals probably killed off any chance that sandy had of winning the match .
Still it was good to see the Fro running around !

As per other thread - note presence of '?'.
Generally indicates a question being asked as far as I know.
"The inches we need are everywhere around us. They're in every break in the game. Every minute, every second. On this team we fight for that inch. On this team we tear ourselves and everyone around us to pieces for that inch. We claw with our fingernails for that inch. Because we know when we add up all those inches that's gonna make the f***in' difference between winning and losing! Between living and dying!'

Thanks for the report SB
Adam Cockie seems to be turning up in the best pretty regularly - worth a thought

I've never seen a bad St.Kilda player - that's just how they are.

Re: VFL RD 5 - Sandy vs Williamst'n Radio/ scores
Sandringham only turned up after half time and left their run too late. For me Warwick Andreoli was a great surprise he really mopped up well and held the backline together when they were under the pump! He has more of a future than a few senior listed players . Beau Wilkes has to come into the seniors in place of KosI or Stanley. He is as strong in air but gives so much more at ground level - for me it's a no brainer ! Watched both games and was disappointed with Crocker he plays like a 15 y/o boy. Sandi suffered today for the Saints having far too many flanker type players who have no breakaway speed and can't win their own ball. Winmar fits in the mould has become a real tweener not tall enough for key position & not good at ground level !

Are you saying drop Kosi or do you think he will be suspended.

Well Kosi has been good this year so it couldnt possibly be him so it has to be Stanley. Are you sure you want a young guy out for a 26 year old.

Re: VFL RD 5 - Sandy vs Williamst'n Radio/ scores
Minchington went off with knee injury. Heard trainers say no structurel damage but sent him to rooms as precaution. Word is he dislocated it though and he was in enormous pain.saintbrat wrote:

Gram dislocated a finger but went back on
Markworth copped nasty knock to ribs. Was winded but played on.
Sikora did an ankle, but made it back on but sat out final few minutes when game was over.

Re: VFL RD 5 - Sandy vs Williamst'n Radio/ scores
kosi isnt that good. hes been good in the air and kicking beautifully. but lets not get carried away. he is a liability when it hits the ground. and no way we can drop stanley. he needs games and games. but yeah pretty obvious that if kosi gets suspended then wilkes walks in.plugger66 wrote:WinnersOnly wrote:Wilkes just has to play forward I don't mind who he displaces Kosi or other !

Well if y0u are asking a questi0n rather than being extravagant and full 0f hubris, n0 they w0uld n0t "kn0ck 0ff" 5 AFL sides!
PS N0te the presence 0f "!" That is an exclamati0n mark which generally indicates a sign 0f astonishment as far as I kn0w.

Reckon it's time to give Stanley a rest
Rhys has been good but has dropped away a little. Give him a run at Sandy to work on his marking and taking the game on... and lets see what Wilkes can do up forward
