I love that they are covering VFL football
I love that they are regularly covering Sandy Zebs

BUT their bias against the Zebs is annoying- they got very excited when Frankston went anywhere near the ball but barely mentioned the Zebs even when they were moving it forwrd- all the discussion was on where the Dolphins were positioned.

and Minchington continues to hold his head up in tough play

Andreoli dislocated his shoulder before half time..
Dunell played back to 'learn ' defensive pressure- as explained by him post game. But commentators mentioned his run after half time.

Zebs by a goal

Some good, some bad.....

Andreoli a serious injury.... Arm/wrist

All players had good moments and showed something, but we're a bit inconsistent..... Younger than normal team with Markworth, Staley, Minchington, Andreoli, Winmar all in the team with Stapleton and Mavric from Sandy.
Those players in particular showed they can play but are a long way off..... Minch is the most advanced.

Adam Cockie is a great footballer at that level.... Tough and hard, quick

Wilkes kicked about 5, Arch contested well

Dunnell was good yet again, Ledger excellent, Curran and Minch very quick at ground level....

Ray, Polo and Peake were solid

Ferguson is definitely going to make it.... Two years off.

It's irrelevant. Fisher Stanley Geary all ahead of him for starters.

Ledger is an outstanding player. From what I saw today, he will make the grade without question.

Tough, quick, skilled and works hard..... No real knocks on his game.

The players mentioned above are all different position players

I would suggest Steven, Montagna, Schnieder are the blokes ahead of him.

They left as soon as the game started. Crippa had the game off, not that he wanted too, and watched the game. Wilkes and Ray went back on a 6pm flight.

Got a lot of the ball, almost took a really good mark. Has a lot of pace and seems pretty fit already. Just seems to lack a bit of composure with the ball, went on a bit of a run down the wing and ended up handpassing it to Ross but missing him by about a metre and a half (and it went behind Ross). Got tackled another time.

Definitely didn't look out of place in the Seniors though.

Markworth has some tools, was not comfortable with the pace of the game or what decision to make when in possession. He looked nervous. If he develops, he will be a beauty... He is exceptionally quick. What I would be concerned about is the fact he doesn't seem to be a natural footballer.
