Kim Crow Gunning It In London
Former Saint Max Crow's daughter Kim is gunning it in the rowing in London.
She through to the semis in both the single and double sculls, should make both finals and probably win both.

Max was good in a crap era..
Why he went to the Bulldogs after 3 years with the Saints has me baffled...
He played 188 games of VFL footy, as it was then, pretty good effort really..136 at Essendon, 40 at the Saints,12 at the Bulldogs..
Crow won the Best and Fairest at the Saints in his first year (1983), Peter Kiel won it the year before, Greg Burns won it the year after...

I seem to remember Max Crow having a reasonable game against Carlton the day Mad Dog lost it completely after snotting Val Perovic.
Anyone care to confirm?

"The inches we need are everywhere around us. They're in every break in the game. Every minute, every second. On this team we fight for that inch. On this team we tear ourselves and everyone around us to pieces for that inch. We claw with our fingernails for that inch. Because we know when we add up all those inches that's gonna make the f***in' difference between winning and losing! Between living and dying!'

Re: Kim Crow Gunning It In London
She's in the double scull final tomorrow and the single scull final on Saturday. Very easy row in the single semi tonight.
