Will be a player and should have taken Shentons spot on rookie list... if he ever bulks up!

So is every player who hasn't won us a flag - which at present is 100% of our draft picks ever.

I watched him play at Sandy and was really hoping he'd get going but just didn't demand his spot. Shenton played some good footy later in the year and despite the slow start looks worth persisting with. Crock just didn't get enough of the footy, he could kick it beautifully when he got the ball though. He might be a late bloomer and come back for a second crack and could do it on talent. He was the best of the kids in the NAB in his first year.

He was well worth the draft pick. Beautiful left foot and fairly quick. If he could have developed a solid tank and got his workrate up to AFL standard then he would have been a very handy player. They just don't all work out. Siposs had similar credentials when drafted.

Your right- this is an outrage. We should nail Bevo to a goal post and throw rocks at him for all the failed recruits we have had. Where has Thommo gone- he should be held responsible along with who ever took away our wooly jumpers and full strength beer.
