not if you want to go direct- plenty of Red White and Black on that timed flight on the 24th April- there's only one flight each day dricet to Wellington. + you lose 2 hours time wise. alternative would have been missing the morning training session- which they apparently didn't- and go via Sydney or Brisbane- longer travel time.

I thought the direct flights arrive in wellington at about 2.30pm. The midnight arrival involves 2 flights and a much longer flying time but at this point in time is cheaper.
