Watters won't make a raft of changes--I think it will be a max of three changes.

Kosi should come in he has a very goid record against Richmond.

If we went on last week's performance to drop players, then only Armo, Lenny, Milera and Gwilt would not be dropped. The whole team was flat

The love of Lenny is very clouding...
NDS, Geary, Steven all had better figures.
Lenny was ordinary with most of the team.

in; Dempster, Fisher, Joey
out; TDL, Jones, Blake,

I would like to see Schneider and Simpkin but can't imagine Watters making the call.
The above gives us an extra defender which can be used further up the ground (Dempster/Roberton).

What does the extra defender do when they're further up the ground? Isn't that the midfield? Neither of those two have ever been particularly great as midfielders. Why not bring in another mid if that's what you want?

Kosi would be handy as a Leigh Brown type forward/ruck because he could straighten us up and let the mozzies do their thing. He was awful when "Big Boy Mc Evoy the human meatball from Lorne" went and injured himself and had to be a ruckman. He could be played as a forward who could take some of Macs ball ups when he tires. We need Fisher and Dempster badly hope they come up.

Big Boy Mc Evoy the human meatball from Lorne" What crap is this.........

He is a Dederang boy, at the other end of Victoria.

My piss take on Brian Taylors commentary. I know he's from Dederang but BT loves to make up stupid nicknames for players so I just stuck a few together.

I'm going to be extremely optimistic and guess:

IN: Dempster, Fisher, Montagna, Schneider
OUT: Blake, Dennis-Lane, Ray, Roberton

Wouldn't be surprised at all though if it's just Joey and Schneids for TDL and Ray. I'd be surprised if Hickey didn't get another chance to prove himself.

IN: Dempster, Fisher, Simpkin, Montagna, Kosi
OUT: Ray, Gilbert, Blake, TDL, Hickey

Dempster for Ray, Fisher for Gilbert, Simpkin for Blake, Monty for TDL, Kosi for Hickey. I'd like to fit in Schneiderman also but don't know who gives way, not convinced Fisher is right to go so he might get a crack,

Siposs to play up forward (unless 1 of the 3 backline players that are in do not get picked), we have enough backline players, need more agile forward targets. Kosi/Roo as two talls, Maister/Siposs as mediums, Saad/Milne as smalls.
Milera onto the wing.
Gilbert either needs to play a backman or not at all imo.
Hickey needs time, needs to take big marks.
Ray unlucky, however I'd be fine if he kept his spot, I still think hes a gun when he wants to be.
Newness as the sub

Still concerned about our midfield depth/lack of clearances though.
Also concerned everyone here doesn't seem to rate Simpkin, he was mint for us last year, did really really well.

Talk from a pretty reliable source is that Fisher is not playing.

Way I see it Maister has 1, maximum of 2 more games to prove he is an AFL standard player. Tough but that's the rub. If Maister can't butter up big Kos comes back in.

If Kosi comes in for Maister, we may as well throw the season. I'd rather see Lee come in and get experience.

I've got serious concerns about our defence this week, if Chips is out, Simpkin under done and possibly Dempster missing.. Added to this I'm worried there may be another key out from the back 6 that played last week..

Why have Kosi on the list then?

Lee is not ready. We need to win games.
