Re: Rudd for next Saints president?
At least he might bring his missus on board as a sponsor. At last count, her recruiting and training business was valued at in excess of 100 million. Surely she could throw a bit our way. For that, I'd almost be willing to put up with the Ruddster as Prez!
I started with nothing and I've got most of it left!

Re: Rudd for next Saints president?
he at least might get us cooking with gas again. If he can keep Abbott out- I suggest putting him on a boat and turning it back to England, and resurrect the Saints he will do. He does remind me of Stewie from family guy though.

Okay he's got my vote- that's the first sensible policy I have seen in this campaign by any party.

His high octane motivational talk could inspire the players.
e.g. Well folks we've got to zip.

Re: Rudd for next Saints president?
A token Brisbane Lions fan from Queenland to become our club president?
I don't think so, Tim.

Curb your enthusiasm - you’re a St.Kilda supporter!!
Re: Rudd for next Saints president?
Rudd elected president of St Kilda in a landslide. Appoints himself head of the selection committee, runs training, operates the interchange ("I will decide which players come onto the ground and circumstances in which they come"), is the waterboy on gameday (players limited to 2 sips of this precious resource due to climate change), organises a peoples summit to discuss which type of oranges available at halftime (Naval wins). Receives plaudits for his apology to the stolen generation ("To St Kilda supporters who have been robbed of 3 premierships - we blew it against Adelaide, did you see that insane bounce of the ball away from Milney and how the f*** did Schneider miss - we apologise").
However his Earlydraftpick Trading Scheme (ETS) is not well received. Further controversy arises when a tradesman gets a grazed arm while installing pink bats in the rub down room. Spends a lot of money building a Board Executive Room (BER). The room is missing a roof and is unusable. A leaked video showing Rudd swearing when addressing the Auskick kids is an embarrassment. The deeply unpopular Signing tax (where there is tax on every player autograph) is the last straw. Rudd is disposed and the "faceless men" of the club (Westaway in a balaclava) install Rebecca Judd as President (cos she's damn hot) .
After destabilising the club while serving as minute taker on the board (acted as the go between for Lyon and Freo) Rudd is again appointed St Kilda President. Claims he has changed. Demands to rub the liniment on the players.

Will discover a collingwood flag will garner more votes and drop this 'greatest moral challange' quicker than the last one!Dr Spaceman wrote:
