IMHO, with good drafting and trading in 2013/14 we should be close to playing Finals by 2015...and with a good trade period in 2015 we should be on our way to being a serious contender by 2016....... I hope the club shows the courage to let SW coach through the rebuild and on to success.

I was at the members' briefing by Chris Pelchen on Monday night and the feeling is we'll be out of contention for some years yet. However, patience is definately required if we're to build up again.

Being realistic I suspect we will have a similar year next year to this year, possibly even worse and by 2015 we should see some positive signs however still really struggle and cop a few hidings and then by 2016 we will start to improve. I don't believe we can become a threat again until 2018.
