Has been bad mouthing us all over town of late and he doesn't realise he is damaging his own brand far more than ours at the moment.
Doubtful he will get a job in the industry going forward.
It wouldn't surprise me if he slaps a bullying and harassment writ against the club, particularly, if true, the little person (dwarf) was hired to have a crack at the coach about his small statue.
i would have thought any settlement agreement would have a confidentiality clause built in......breached..and he might find he is the one being sued....
.everybody still loves lenny....and we always will

does the club know about the bad mouthing? and does the club know that the possibility of a SW tell all? you would have to expect that if they did know, they would look at suing him
and I was plesed to read that the termination of contract was signed in the offices of J Rush QC
good enough for me, bratty.....
I was concerned about the fallout and media circus if the tell all eventuated. This fact settles me too.
Thanks Saintbrat !
I's dotted and t's crossed I would suspect.

Publicly bagging the club that sacked him is unlikely to assist in that end (and I doubt his settlement agreement leaves too much room to move anyway). Another club (in any state, any code) will be wary if he tips a bucket, and by the same token a public excoriation would make him a high risk prospect for a footy media gig (which, let's face it, may be where his strength lies).
I think he's off on a little holiday very shortly, so unless he has already done the deed (a spill and dash), he might think better of it after some time away.
Payouts with a confidentiality clause are sometimes structured with a number of payments over time. The final payment is made when confidentiality has been kept for a certain period of time.
As I've stated before, I have NO animosity toward Mr. Watters. It's always sad when something that promised so much, ultimately becomes unfulfilled potential (for whatever reason) Without being in possession of all the relevant facts, none of us can make pronouncements as to the rights and wrongs of the affair. It would seem to me, that the best outcome for SW would be for the "dust to settle", and for him to spend quality time with loved ones and come back re-energized for the next challenging phase of his life, professional or otherwise. Embarking on a points scoring mission (a-la Malcolm Blight) will (IMHO) do the man no good at all. Let's respect all parties got it wrong and move on.
I'm the Jiggster....that's my take (with apologies to KB!)

St KFC would like to move on and I'm sure SW has as well.....but no doubt there'll be people wondering what his side of the story is.
Judging from the inuendo and rumours and the media's acceptance of the sacking (basically painting the picture that St Kilda FC made the right decision) and backed up by the threads here on SS....it seems we have told our side of the story, but to me personally it has been only one sided and there is still an unbalanced story there
SW may choose to move on and respectfully let the truth, or his perception of the truth be kept between he and his personal circle, but maybe a few $$ thrown his way may sway him to spill the beans. He doesn't have to reveal too much...just like 'the wepon' - Dean Robinson y'know...and maybe get some vitriol out of his system.
Say that again
