In regard to BM"s comment about Hickey being outside ,I thought he battled quite manfully and did quite a few good inside things!Like your review P66!

Very good assessment.

Could Maverick Weller replace Clint Jones in terms of impact? Has he got strong endurance ?

Good post Plugger. It summarises what most could see/are thinking.

It's amazing what can be done when an "entire team" gets up and running. Don't forget the good planning that went on behind it by the coaches - Hempel was hardly sighted for one.

A stunning team performance. No passengers, young and old playing like a team. It was beautiful to behold.

Plugger you were wondering what went wrong last year.

I'm convinced 90% was Watters fault.

Then again he helped deliver us Billings!

Pretty much agree with all.
But a simple answer to why we performed so poorly last season and the youngsters didn't come on - the coach. A poor coach is poison.

Without ridiculing it. Just let it go yourself!!!!!

After the GWS game where he played well, you bought it into every thread. Now against Ess where he got 1 kick... Not allowed to mention it.

I don't rate him highly

Is that not allowed... Do I have to..... But it's not just that, it was the recruiting of two Ruckman.

I am very happy with the team, the coach, the players.... And the DEVELOPMENT

He's correct Joffa <edited by mods>....are you trying for a <edited by mods> contest

Eli has endurance, tend to agree on pace, he looks quick with his little legs pumping but is not lightning

Yep. Dont think he has any real burst pace. neither did Milney so he needs other tricks. And im coming off a low base as far as standards are concerned.

I love the little guy, but he might need a break. Looked to be struggling physically.

Well I actually havent yet but I hope so. I will go with another one. No hope of top 8 but we should be top 6 after the next game.

Loved the effort again. Webster burnt Jetta off which was great to see.
The young guys are intense when they don't have the ball and that's what I loved most.
Our ball use was the best I have seen it for a while.

It was great to hear the excitement of all the Bombers fans when they saw Jetta just had to race someone to the goal square, and that collective sigh of disappointment when Jimmy beat him.

Absolutely Joffa.

I still miss Luke Ball and BJ.

Webster reminds me of Dal. Very smooth.
