Two backline Coaches - Welsh & Frawley (3 days) ?

How will this work, as no doubt, both will have their own views on tactics, style, approach to players etc :?:

Same way Richo works with all the other coaches. Sit down and agree a strategy. Frawley can't be a game day coach so Welsh will have a key role in that part. Given that the modern game builds around defence I can see having extra horsepower there can't hurt. Welcome Rohan.
