rucked in the 2nds, maybe early '90s -- not sure if he ever played a senior game
a real old fashioned bare-knuckle enforcer
barrell chested, buzz cut, looked about 40.
Craig Dax, was going to be our saviour.Used to win a combined Mountain Man competition that was based on stamina and strength.
Yes, but unfortunately we dropped our Dax Image

Lazar was far from mediocre, he was a fine ruckman.

I remember him clobbering a Collingwood player in the '70s at Vic Park- when we lost by what seemed to be 100 goals or whatever- he got rubbed out needless to say.

You are very ordinary, but you have a cult status.

In the old days when it was common for people to drape home made banners on the fence, there was one at Moorabbin that read "Paul Temay Can't Play". It was, I think, on the occasion of Temay's senior debut.

From my recollection it was later revealed to be te work of his "mates". :D
It was his sister. I can't be bothered reading all the pages, but most players mentioned here I wouldn't say had a cult following. Just players people liked but never quite made it. Eli Templeton has a cult following, he will never be able to cut his hair or he will loose it.
