I battled shin splints for years when playing and I can gaurantee that orthodics did little to cure my problem. Shin splints are bloody painful and make running a misery at times and when running on hard surfaces quality foot wear is important. Havent we had a couple of other players with shin issues in Simpkin and Roberton last year, so they should know how to best deal with it by now!

Which orthodics??

Mate theres a lot of crap out there Alex Adams is the best.

Cost $800-$1000 for them but will change your life.

Shin splints knees and hips all just need to be realigned

But most dont know this and truly understand it.

Did you get mould? Actual plaster mould fitting?
Proper fibre glass half shoe??

If not no wonder it didnt work.
