It would depend on what they were, how far away they were, how much they noticed.

We don't know any of that.

What we do know is she's not pressing charges.

Funny though, one minute he's frothing at the mouth and she was seriously unwise and provocative in asking him to calm down, next minute he mumbled something vague and harmless and she's overreacting.
Yes it is funny, cause if he was frothing at the mouth she wouldn't have gone anywhere near him…

How many years?

Yep, 10 years seems pretty likely.

Slender chances of conviction aside…

What do you think he would get?

You keep suggesting that he "is screwed" if she makes a statement, I'm just asking you to qualify "screwed"

How entrenched is sexism in top level sport? How much of an ugly boys' club is it?

Boss of Melbourne Renegades describing allegations of Gayle exposing himself to a woman staffer as "opportunistic"....

"Fresh allegations of previous indecent behaviour towards a woman by Chris Gayle have been dismissed as "opportunistic" by Melbourne Renegades boss Stuart Coventry, with the club standing by its handling of the controversial star.

I'm noticing how the woman making the allegation is immediately discredited by a white male whose primary interest is in the commercial success of his business.

I listened to SEN all yesterday and today and no one in the media discredited Mel but nearly everyone had a go at Gayle. Actually its interesting. I would say on sites like facebook and twitter its around 50/50 those who think Gayle was in the wrong or he was just having fun but in the media its nearly 100% thinking Gayle was in the wrong. Does that mean the media are really PC or to scared to give their own opinion because it seems strange those are so different to the rest of the society. Maybe they are also looking after their own. I actually don't know what to think on this one.

Maybe the media understand sexual harrassment in the workplace and many on social media dont?

Nothing to do with PC. It has everything to do with respect and treating someone with professionalism and equality.

Some people dont want that for women

I may have missed it but what happened to Dusty? How many weeks/months did he get? How much was he fined by the AFL for bringing the game into disrepute? I can't remember reading/hearing about this!

As ex-president Peter Summers said:
“If we are going to be a contender, we may as well plan to win the bloody thing.”

Chick walks into a male dressing room and complains about seeing nudity - wow. It should be illegal to be naked in a dressing room. Shock horror.

Stick to hating our players. Your comments above just embarrasses you.

At least with your hate posts, they have some semblance of rationality to them.
