Will be great to see what he can bring. He's done some real "tuck the ball under his arm and run" line breaking stuff in the vfl which would be handy for us. From memory wasn't the flatest kick but decent.

I remember him being quite nice by foot, combined with dash and good hands. Really hoping he'll be a player for us

Tough nut. He, Webster and White could be our back smalls for a long time to come.

Does everything right except get the ball. Quick, good user and courageous but that's no good if you're playing on a wing and only manage 10 or so touches. Hopefully he can start getting involved in the game more and not go the same way as Murdoch (great attributes but unable to put them to use).

At the moment I think it's more likely that he ends up taking over Geary's role in defence than becoming that speedy wingman we were hoping for.

He was a bit quiet today, and got run off in the 3rd quarter quite a lot. He will be a player just needs to work harder and build a tank to be a regular senior player

I was sitting very close to the interchange bench. He was off a lot ( I see from the stats this morning he was on for only 61% of game time - the lowest of any of our guys) ,and did a lot of run-through on the boundary. It seemed to me he was carrying a niggle. I suspect however that Brodie Murdoch did enough, and that if Jimmy W is fit next week then DMac will make way.

He is the least developed player on the list physically

With White, Pierce, Lonie, Payne and NOK is still developing a body
