Moorabbin
I went there today.
I couldn't believe the Huggins stand, that houses the pokies, is still there.
They have photos of what the complex will look like on the walls of the room that used to stock club merchandise and i was relieved to see the Huggins stand will eventually be demolished.
I believe once the stage 1 building is finished the pokies will be moved there and then the Huggins stand will finally be demolished.
That building, looking from the arena side, is such a dump.
The new building is taking shape, it looks good.
I hope they have designed it bigger than Seaford, i would hate to see Portables 12 months after we move in.
I took plenty of pictures. With photobucket imploding i don't know of an alternate photo uploader.
Not a great area, Moorabbin, the site sheds, hired from Coates, are covered in Graffiti.

Re: Moorabbin
Massive plus for the club. The new site is massive and looks great.
God I hate graffiti. It is a scourge on Melbourne. Hopefully these little shitheads don't tag and graffiti the new Moorabbin.

Re: Moorabbin
They should either have to pay for it to be painted over,
or forced to do it themselves.

The rest of Australia can wander mask-free, socialise, eat out, no curfews, no zoning, no police rings of steel, no illogical inconsistent rules.
