Where is it?
Where is our leadership? Not only on the field but off it as well. There is no drive anywhere to make this club successful.
There is no direction or plan to get us to a place where we can succeed. I got told off for daring to complain about our performance by supporters who have come to accept mediocrity as our players trying.
When is the club going to come out and say thus is nit good enough and will no longer be accepted. There's now only one team now that has waited longer for their next premiership than us and they're on their way to maje us the team the longest without a flag.
I just want something to look forward to.

Think of me long enough to make a memory.

Re: Where is it?
On field i think Geary’s a leader, but I was hoping some others would step up to fill the void that Riewoldt and, to a lesser extent, Montagna, filled.
I’m sure they will, but it may take some time to gel.

Not sold on Geary as a player let alone a leader.
Looking like being a worse skipper than Graeme Gellie!

Re: Where is it?
I saw Gellie play - he was a brilliant player and would have been one of the game's great onballers had injury not cut him down..didn't have much luck coaching and I'll never know why the club did that.whiskers3614 wrote:Gellie was a skilled player cruelled by injury!Life Long Saint wrote:Not sold on Geary as a player let alone a leader.

Re: Where is it?
On field leadership is sadly media commentating. Off field leadership has been in the job about 4 months, with 4 only games/3 losses to consider. Watch this space. Extrovert training will soon be compulsory for the players except M. Weller, most will be too shy to attend. Prediction: Paddy will soon be having not so quiet words with players up field that just bomb and don't look for him. New rule: one bomb is your quota, if you don't look for Paddy next time wash your Sandy jumper - trust him till it works, its not negotiable.
