Pretty accurate I believe.
At least we have seen Jimmy W become one of our best. Rice, Long and Clark have been blooded and look like becoming good players. I would like to see Ross and Bruce take their games to another level post 100 games (and they should). We need them to.
---------------------------------------
Best and fairest
1. Jimmy Webster
2. Jack Steven
3. Jake Carlisle
4. Seb Ross
5. Jarryn Geary
Best 21 and under Jade Gresham
Recruit of the year Hunter Clark
Most improved Bailey Rice
Most courageous Jimmy Webster
Best team player Jack Steven
Goal of the year Ben Long, round five, Greater Western Sydney. With the Saints trailing by 12 late in a match that ended up being a draw, Long began walking in for his set shot but instead cheekily ran around and snapped home a pearler.
Mark of the year Jack Newnes, round two v North Melbourne, Etihad Stadium. The wingman leapt for a nice mark on Good Friday.
Game milestones Seb Ross (100 games), round 20; Josh Bruce (100 games), round 22. - Dinny Navaratnam

Re: Mid year awards
Jimmy and Jack Steven deserve first and second
It's all great to take intercept marks but I'd like to see Carlisle come over the top and do more spoils. He is the tallest defender and we need a better effort from him to support Brown and Austin
Jeremy and Mitch do it well and Jake Lever is the best when he knows he can't mark it

...and he didn’t spit the chewie, sulk, go sideways, or hear footsteps and drop his head when marking in the forward line.
