two four n twenty pies - one in each pocket of my japara coat saved my life a few times as hand warmers out at waverley park - I remember the sleet/ice days vividly

But here is a quiz for the oldies
Can anyone remember the brand of the "oval" pies sold in the stkilda members during the 80's?
a slight step up from the 4n20s

If you byo then you don't have to queue and you don't have to pay exorbitant prices.

Incidentally, can someone explain why it is not ok to take anything glass into the stadium, but it is perfectly fine to take in a solid thermos full of hot water and china cups?

Noons sounds familiar but the name wasn't a light bulb moment
Just remember oval shape and members was the only place I ever saw them...

Yeah they were Noons "Footy" pies, due to their shape.
