I don't hear Richo talk much about attacking structures- forward play etc..and looking at our poor scoring efforts this season, you would get the impression that not as much work is put into this aspect of the team structure. I think a good coach would make a good player out of Minch.
Good coaches don't want the leftovers from a bottom of the ladder team.
Minch is a backup player for a very poor team.
Minch will never play in an AFL premiership team.
Players that can win premierships, that is what good coaches want.

Nothing wrong with Minch's defensive pressure. One of the highest in the AFL

There's no "this player will win a premiership" stamped on anyone's resume- you get players with good potential and develop them and build a team. Games are won by teams- a premiership is won by the best team. Richo has been at the helm long enough to have part built a competitive team at the minimum, but has not.

Always liked Minch, thought he had a bit of class and x-factor. Would much rather him over Lonie, Mav or Wright.

With this list management crew and coach, I would see this happening...

Delisted:
Minch, Acres, Gresham, Long, Freeman ...and any other decent player

Contracts extended to 2025
Newnes, Savage, Weller, Billings, Lonie, Hickey, Sinclair
...oh, and Lonie to be captain next year

Pleasing post. Agree, except for Freeman. He should be retained and appointed Captain - give him a debut to remember.

You cannot be serious!! That's an almighty crystal ball you have there.

Jason Castagna was a star when you first saw him was he?

Can I get next years premiership winning team off you please and the player line up of that team if you have a minute...

Great posting suggesting we should dump both Lonie and Minch, they've progressed to clogger status.

Time to move them on, there's no future in keeping GOPs.

The Saints are under review, will it make any difference to the underachievers ?

Kicks first two goals then completely disappears.

Frustrating

erm.... I've not seen him play particularly well when picked... certainly doesn't kick straight at goal, and he's had a loooooooong time to get his s*** together.

Clear trade bait. Lots of small forwards on the list... Long, Gresh, Billings, Lonie, Weller... I like Minch, think he could be a great pick up for another club and would be happy for us to keep him but we don't really need him/ his type.
