At the moment I'd say both. Just a dirty taste now

You could argue that Tigers and Pies have had success with sticking phat, but Dimma and Bucks always had something going for them.
I don't like coaches on the bench getting in the players faces either, and Richo aint no natural doing it. He reminds me of a bloke trying to be mates with his players, but the body language is not good to watch

Looks like we are losing both our vodka and gin supplier.
Lads might sober up for a while.
Could help their footy.
Or
They could switch to beer and get worse.
Time will tell.

If tonestar gets the axe I reckon he may disappear from here. Can’t see him doing the 180, but would be fun to watch if he did!!

I can live with Richardson staying. But I can't see how both the coach and the senior assistant can both stay.barneyboyz wrote: ↑Tue 31 Jul 2018 11:01pmYou could argue that Tigers and Pies have had success with sticking phat, but Dimma and Bucks always had something going for them.

Surely one of them has to go? Otherwise, it's a clear statement that there is nothing fundamentally wrong with the coaching strategy. Which in my opinion, is clearly wrong.

Re: Rumour - Gilbee given the flick
Agree.
Kingsley appears to be more astute than Richo, and with new assistants it’s a fresh look.

Re: Rumour - Gilbee given the flick
If that eventuates and the clubs “changes” are tokenistic I think we are gone
Members arent stupid (even though I suspect the inner sanctum is still thinking they can pull the wool...)
Let’s face it - we are already “AFL irrelevant “ FFS they’re toying with using our games as guinea pig test sites for rule changes.....may as we’ll wheel us out at the start of seasons for this then put us back in the shed after testing complete....
The change we need Lethlean isn’t corporate BS. It isn’t scapegoat it’s real “root cause” change that may be confronting to some but, if handled correctly, sets us up for a future.
I don’t see one right now.
This is as much a test for Lethlean as it is our club
Get it right, do it once and don’t condemn usto death by a thousand cuts FFS.
Lance the bastard! (leather pieces should be made available to all supporters to use between teeth while grimacing..)

Re: Rumour - Gilbee given the flick
Agree with takeaways. Don’t expect massive changes.
Anyway, the change needs to happen at the top with the key decision makers as that is the cause of most of our problems. President, CEO and board etc. Won’t happen though.

Richo should go. Can go and endelssly please himself with his pay out.
Not a single other club would employ him.
Not cut out for it.
No personality.
And also....no personality.

Yeah, the sort of melt where he quits the forum, demands that his account be deleted, then hangs around posting tripe like an absolute campaigner. Those melts are always a great laugh!Con Gorozidis wrote: ↑Wed 01 Aug 2018 12:17am We might find out who tony74 actually is.

Re: Rumour - Gilbee given the flick
i think he's got a tad more class than that
more likely part of the recruitment back office
than the coaching team
(i would have thought , from reading his stuff
over the journey)
