The pies supporters aren't too happy about the win. They reckon it makes Buckley look like a genius and delays him getting him the sack.
Collingwood and Richond should have
sacked thier crap coaches when they had thier chance.
Why these pointless comparisons to Richmond & Collingwood?
Both coaches had previously coached in finals before they had setback seasons. In 5 years our coach is yet to make his maiden finals campaign.
Apples and Oranges much?
Until we have an administration that demands success and a playing group that bleeds for the guernsey, St. Kilda will just be a sh*tty football club.

Why do you think that our situation will be exactly the same as Richmond or Collingwood? You've got be kidding. It's not just that their admins and footy departments are filled with talent but their playing lists are totally different. If we were at the start of a rebuild I'd say give him a go and let's see what he's made of...but Richo has already had a go for 5 years and I see nothing that is worth hanging on to
Buckley walks around with his chest out as if he's the reason they're doing so well, but maybe his beard has more to do with the team's performance than his coaching prowess imo
He has his strengths and both he and Hardwick have a good record at picking the right players and discarding the duds. The talk in the media of late has been that Buckley has delegated a hell of a lot this year including his assistants taking more of the team meetings and of course we had word that Banger was also in charge of most of the preseason.
Dimma also has his strengths and has always been very supportive of ALL his players. Bucks and Dimma can be aggressive and can be very tough when required. I see softmess from our coach. I don't see strengths in Richo

Hi Richo
i am Melbourne Skies - sometimes Blue Skies, Grey Skies, even Partly Cloudy Skies.
not a huge fan of bucks but you just have to watxh the difference between him and richo when interviewed - one clearly has the lights switched on, the other is as dim as a country town in a blackout.

already said it, but Buckley, as much as I don't like the Figjam, he is the best coach
as far as interviews go.
Amazing to watch.
He thinks about the answer, then really delivers an incredibly intelligent response;
he won't dodge, but he explains his thinking.
Polar opposite to our guy, who makes Peter Dutton look good.
A real Sainter will pledge allegiance to the ❤ and despise the Pies, the Blues, and the Injectors.

Best coach ever today. But 12 months ago, not so much. Get some new assistants and grow a beard. Could be still outside the 8 and still learning a whole new system if they didn't hold thier nerve over at Pie land. Proof that sacking the coach is so 1970s.

So your point is...every coach can be a genius?
