Heard today other than Sinclair ... players came back with poor skinfolds. Extra sessions in order and coaches went off tap.
Any one else heard this ?

My mate spotted a bunch of the lads at Miss Ruby's on Saturday whilst they were paying for their meals. Apparently Gresh had an order of poached eggs, WHITE toast, and a potato rosti! Let's hope he didn't give the condiments station a workout while he was at it!

Honestly! Take a look at the picture of Dmac and Jack in Shanghai. Not an inch of fat. They’re yet to all do their measurements but I can categorically assure you so far so good.

Thank you so very much, Jack's Back! Brought back wonderful memories of one hot summer - I saw them do this song live when they were known as The Flowers! It was an under 18's concert, sponsored by EON FM at Festival Hall - they were fantastic even then and Iva had such charisma as a young 'un (and still has!). Needless to say it was a while ago...

I saw The Models, Flowers, Midnight Oil and The Angels at a pavilion at the Melbourne showgrounds way back when I was in form 5. Haha. Pizza is hard on the legs.
I try to emulate the toddlers on their skis but it hurts my knees.
We used to call it snowplow but seems that all 3 year olds know the pizza shape but don't understand snowplow.
All the ski instructors tell the toddlers to pizza to slow down.
