List something you think is working well at the club
I’ll go first...
Despite the weeks results, I actually really like and rate our medical staff.
We don’t get too many soft tissue injuries anymore.

Re: List something you think is working well at the club
Billy Slater and the MMA guy (who made them wrestle on the beach)
Slater has possibly (I have no idea but guessing) brought some hardness and fire from rugby,
and I think he's turning our private school nancy boys into actual men with testosterone.
Just from the 2 JLT games, the fellas appear to be really going hard at the man, and even Newnes was trying to rip guys' heads off.
We needed that hardness to balance out the new-age yoga, PC correct, lovey-dovey vanilla beige gender-fluid
poison that has infected our club since the Murphygate disaster.

With Marsh and Rowe we now have more tall defenders on our list than you can point a stick at!

My belly is hurting from laughing. The medical team!
Roberton should have retired last year. So sorry for him but that is fact. That is the advice that our medical team should have given him.
Carlisle should have had an operation last year. That is the the advice that our medical team should have given him.
Bytel should not have been drafted. That is the the advice that our medical team should have given the club.
Haneberry should not have been recruited. That is the advice that the medical team should have given the club.
McCartin should have retired last year. That is the advice that the medical team should have given the club.

Forward thinking with certain draft selections. Next year is looking really good. Injuries excluded king and bytel will be up and about, more players over fifty games and billings and gresh settled into their new roles

Top up players like Parker Hind and Young.

The same medical team that thought they could get Freezer up and running contrary to the Collingwood A-list medical team that thought he was finished.Gershwin wrote: ↑Fri 15 Mar 2019 7:26pmMy belly is hurting from laughing. The medical team!

I dare say that they’ve pbly followed the advice of his cardio team linked with Roberton’s regarding his conditionGershwin wrote: ↑Fri 15 Mar 2019 7:26pmMy belly is hurting from laughing. The medical team!

The Carlisle situation has been done to death... non-surgical intervention is always the preferred first choice. This is hindsight quarterbacking
Bytel and Hannebery is your opinion and with regards to the latter, it seems to be driven more by the need for a big name then anything else. I would bet that the medical team raised concerns and we decided to risk it regardless.
Paddy... well fair enough

Re: List something you think is working well at the club
Hasn't been the ideal start to the season that's for sure but IMO we were only going to finish in the bottom 6 at best anyway so probably bottom 2 now & that means we get a higher draft pick next year . I still think the worst decision the club has made this season so far was to sign Dan Haneberry on a 5 year deal @ 800 K it's just really dumb I mean really really dumb. I doubt we will get 2 years out of him .

Re: List something you think is working well at the club
The club largely honours its contracts and supports with good faith its appointed coaches and players with long term injuries (true, not all, but most) . The membership promotion group tries hard and has got a better result in 2019 than might have been thought given 2018. It complies with salary cap rules. It has an ambitious succession plan in place for when AR eventually decides to retire, if the club exists in its current form. Finnis and Lethlean, being lawyers, gives excellent in-house expertise for any looming insolvency proceedings and to be able to structure the club to protect its assets e.g. Pride Game (tm); Club Song; Rich history; Legacy of '66; "Marching Fund; Strategic framework 2014-2018 (sub-titled "How to win a premiership by 2020 for dummies" - remember that?); uni-sex competition licences; and AR's bullet proof, fireproof invisible cloak. So yes, things could be a lot worse, Suns could be shortening but are steady at $3.95.

They did get Freezer up and running. Minus a collision injury end of 2017, he had almost two soft-tissue injury free seasonsEnrico_Misso wrote: ↑Fri 15 Mar 2019 10:43pmThe same medical team that thought they could get Freezer up and running contrary to the Collingwood A-list medical team that thought he was finished.Gershwin wrote: ↑Fri 15 Mar 2019 7:26pmMy belly is hurting from laughing. Re: List something you think is working well at the club
I’ve heard this criticism of the medicos a few times as of late...
Give me the specific thing/s they done wrong that’s negligible/incompetent
Feels to me that this is just piling on.

ST KILDA concedes it didn't know the full extent of prized recruit Dan Hannebery's struggles with his body when it traded for him.
