David Armitage in 2019
Our veteran Armo has seemed to have gone under the radar as of late.
Where's his progress at? I assume he has started the season playing with Sandy? Or is he injured?
Will there be much use for him in the team this year?

Got 20 odd disposals. Handy to have around still but many players are ahead of him now in the middle. That includes Hanners when he is available.
Posters that have admitted they were wrong about Hanna's gastro and the club didn't create a cover story.

If Armo maintains fitness and game time with Sandy, then I for one, would look on him being a very useful member of our squad. I realise that time has caught up with him in many respects, but as the previous poster has said, "handy to have around"

if he gets a run of good luck and form, does he push Dunstan out?

Sadly, Armo on one leg still gives me more confidence than Dunstan on his (slow) two.WellardSaint wrote: ↑Wed 10 Apr 2019 2:25am if he gets a run of good luck and form, does he push Dunstan out?

Depth player and on field leader for our young players @ Sandy now unfortunately, will only be used if we get injuries to other midfield bulls!!!!!

Far more value than Hanners at least Armo will get out on the park albeit mainly with Sandy.tedtheodorelogan2018 wrote: ↑Sun 07 Apr 2019 1:29pm Got 20 odd disposals. Handy to have around still but many players are ahead of him now in the middle. That includes Hanners when he is available.

Why wasn't Armo playing today?thejiggingsaint wrote: ↑Tue 09 Apr 2019 10:44pm If Armo maintains fitness and game time with Sandy, then I for one, would look on him being a very useful member of our squad. No surprise match ups or tags that could've reduced the output from Sloane or Laird or one of the Crouches
The Crows had an easy task of planning and an easy task of executing against Cho and his coaches
Coaches played it way too safe against Adelaide. Our selection committee was scared of getting criticised for trying something different. We've been forced into a lot of personnel changes this year but as usual there's no surprises.
