Sandy v Northern Blues
Not looking good so far. Clark's skills are shocking, King is very slow and hasn't touched it. Coffield the only AFL player doing anything.
As ex-president Peter Summers said:

More entertaining watching local thirds. Atrocious viewing, sorry to say.

Re: Sandy v Northern Blues
It seems Sandringham must have the same recruiters as the Saints. An entire team lacking speed (excluding Hind) and footballing skills. Hey St Kilda development includes surrounding your kids with quality not complete spuds. Longer is an absolute waste of a list place and has to replaced at seasons end.
Northern Blues are going twice as hard as our blokes, very disappointing to half time!

Winx gets his first! We really need to get Hind into the seniors, why aren't they playing him, we can really use his dash.

Re: Sandy v Northern Blues
A couple of great minutes for Hind. A nice snap for goal then a big run down tackle.
Longer off with concussion.
And a pinpoint pass from Sammy Gilbert gives Max a fairly easy shot at goal.
40-45

Re: Sandy v Northern Blues
They are coming but making the same mistakes as the senior team, bombing it long to the where the Blues ruckman are sitting back in defence.
Owens from Sandi is a likely looking HFF.

Re: Sandy v Northern Blues
Both Clark and Coffield need to find more of it - which will come with time.
What they both already have is class. When they have it they seem to have time & composure.
Both will be very good players for us. Maybe not gifting games will be a good thing for us.

No point bringing someone in just because they’re quick but struggle to hit a target...silverhalo wrote: ↑Sun 26 May 2019 2:26pm Winx gets his first! We really need to get Hind into the seniors, why aren't they playing him, we can really use his dash.

3/4 time 65-48
6 unanswered goals that qtr sees Sandy in front by 17 points
Coffield was good as was Gilbert.
Longer concussed

Re: Sandy v Northern Blues
Agree on both.....Only a matter of time before Clav comes in to the seniors, will be a great addition to our backline. Fantastic intercept mark and very quick for his height.

Re: Sandy v Northern Blues
the great SS debate
Way to quick for them that quarter...without a traditional ruckman.
Poor timing or just more evidence that traditional ruckman are near useless in this era?
