It will be interesting to see how the humour tribunal adjudicates this.

It was definitely a deliberate act but I think it will only be judged as medium impact however it could be downgraded to low impact depending on the doctors report and if any posters actually split their sides laughing.

The fact posters have been able to continue posting in the thread could be viewed favorably. My view is a 1 day ban feels about right.

A statement from Curly was heard during tribunal proceedings and although it was favourable towards BFUSA's defence due the SS secret code of silence amongst SS posters, sources close to the Curly camp are fuming over the leniency of BFUSA's punishment.
