Post: # 1879512Post older saint »

Taking the lead from other sports here is our depth chart based on list posted delisting

Key Defenders:
-Carlisle
- Howard
- Wilkie
- Claravino
-Joyce

Defenders -Flanks/Pockets

- Coffield
- Roberton
- Long
- Savage
- Geary
- Paton
- McKenzie
- Webster
- Connolly

Mids
- Steele
- Ross
- Jones
- Hannebery
- Bytel
- Gresham (Fwd also)
- Billings (Fwd Also)
- Hill (Wing)
- Clarke (HB also)
- Sinclair
- Brynes
- Dunstan
- Phillips (Wing)

Small Forwards
- Butler
- Lonie
- Kent
- Parker
- Hind

Key Fowards:
- King
- Membrey

Utilities
- Battle
- Marsh

Ruck
- Ryder
- Marshall
- Alabakis

Identifies areas we need to address:
- back up Ruck who can pinch forward - Hence looking at McKernan
- Have abundance of HBF - Hence Webster likely out
- Key backs a concern unless Claravino comes along as an injury to Carlisle or Howard would leave us exposed
- Dunstan excess with Crouch in as already have Ross and Bytel as hard in and under while Steele both
- Battle's flexibility very important to the side.
- Ideally would love to see Steele expand to be able to play like Danger/Dusty/Bont as forward using size and strength above head to expose matchups.

Good chart Older Saint

Good to see how much pur depth players have actually been exposed to AFL also.

Crouch will be a huge in and changes that side enormously.

I hope we retain Parker and persist with Byrnes and Bytel in 2021.
