He’s been better this year than the last few

Re: Congratulations on 150 games Seb.
First of all a Big Congratulations to Sebby and hope he continues to display role model behaviour as one of our best trainers and a fantastic player for us in his 150 games.
As far as the bs from B.M and saynta is concerned, all I can say is htfu. H' for harden!
I'm glad Seb isn't as soft as some of the posters on this site
I mean, Sebby himself has admitted to some of his deficiencies and the reason he's been able to improve and be one of our most consistent players is because he understands that you have to be able to listen to feedback and try and get better
We all talk about the importance of players needing to take criticism and listen to feedback without taking it as some sort of personal attack.

Saying you respect a saints player playing his 150th game is an excuse for abuse?.
Yeah, right.
Yeah, right.

Criticism from who scollop??
Keyboard warriors? I’m sure he wouldn’t give a s*** what people outside the four walls with no clue would think!
Since 2015 he has been one of our best performed players
With Steven, Steele, Membrey
And to do that at AFL level is an awesome achievements for a player with such ‘limitations’

2020 was a long year...
Looks a lot better than I can remember for a long time, not having to be a starting mid anymore has helped him out.

Held his head up high last night.
He is not the star o thought he would become. But us a hard worker and put in honest performances, which can't be said of many of his team mates.
Well done Seb

I'm surprised he's only played 150. Deserves many more. Been a great servant to the club and a leading light in our dark years. Stood up when asked to captain in the past as well. Well done Seb!

Re: Congratulations on 150 games Seb.
The thing that I love about Seb is his speed over the first 10 metres (which is the most important)
He might lose the 100 metre sprint, but that initial speed he has is fantastic
Often you will now see him accelerate out of a pack and you think oh he won’t get far, but he does
Well done Seb

Well done Seb. He’s one of those guys who gives everything he’s got. I hope he’s still got a lot of games left in him.
