Have to imagine he’s going to Collingwood
I guess so, but wouldn’t put it past Carlton to make a move on him behind Teague’s back.
Yeah but why choose Carlton over Collingwood
They stuck with Buckley forever
Then Malthouse had a long tenure before him
They stick to their guns with their coaches… that’s where I’d go
That was under Eddie. Now they are infighting and divided. Plus Carlton's list may appeal more. McKay, Weitering, Walsh, Cripps, Curnow. But yes, Collingwood is probably the most likely
Kennett and Sam Mitchell have the same kind of self belief, If you know what I mean. Mitchell might be smart, but from what I've heard from a couple of people in the game, people skills are not what he's known for.
If Clarko is up for a new challenge without the stress of being a head coach then I would love it if we threw the sink at getting Clarko as Ratt's right hand man!

Maybe they could be co-coaches. One a match day coach and the other a training coach.
if we are speculating, as we do sometimes, Clarko takes a year off - he must be shattered at the treachery even for a hard man like him - throws a few bombs towards Kennett then coaches Adelaide in 2023. He has experience in SA, takes him an arms length away from Melb. and clubs he has despised for some time; Nicks is taking Crows nowhere. Adelaide apparently has good Unis for his kids and he will be idolised. Again. Hawthorn are such dickheads, thank goodness.
