That's his guess, not mine. I would play Windy & give Butler until after the bye to ensure there's no issue with his Achilles.
I'd be surprised if there isn't a spot for Windhager, being the Indigenous round.

I’ll be astounded if Windhager misses. But these things happen.

Travesty if Windy is left out…makes no sense!
