I have been watching Lobb closely the last few weeks. I reckon we should try and get him. He is the perfect fit for us and the perfect foil for Ming in the forward line. With Ryder playing on I can't see him playing more than 11 games next year. Lobb would help us there but his real value would be to free up Ming.

He well maybe, but using Ryder as an example in a thread around Lobb is a serious insult to a 250 game plus AA champion of the sport.
I'd take "back hand" if he came cheap as chips on the trading table and Freo paid a portion of his wage, that's about it.
