Votes v Dogs
The last quarter makes the whole thing even more frustrating. As insipid for three quarters as they could possibly be, against very ordinary opposition .
5. Callum Wilkie. Clearly .
3. Jack Sinclair.
2. Jack Steele .
2. Jack Billings .
2. Josh Battle .
1. Tim Membrey .
Well done Ben Long. Nearly snuck into the votes based on his effort in the last quarter .

Re: Votes v Dogs
I don't know how to vote and how your system works.
I just wanna say..
Wilkie and Sinclair
and i think King has a crack , so ya know...don't blame him..
Votes for Long is wierd..I loved his impact, but it just shows how wounded we are. he was a sub!
We are soooo disappointed at the team.
Small forwards, crumbers, wingers usually get attacked in these situations.
Witness Richmond fans going after Aarts.
And so naturally, we should pile on Higgins and Butler...
But why f***** not!!
...and why is Wood in the team?

Re: Votes v Dogs
Stop derailing another thread with your crying.
The backline wasn’t the issue tonight, Wilkie and Battle did well, the midfield was the problem

Re: Votes v Dogs
Which Key forward has torn us apart?
Seems a forward line issue - inability to score
Which maybe from a midfield issue?

Shane
The guidelines:
- Voting is open to all
- one post per poster
- 15 points available for distribution
- please vote Best on downwards (voting for position ie 1. Best on will result in your Best on getting 1 vote)
- abnormal voting (eg 15 to the one player) will be excluded
- please use the players name - or well known nickname - I have had some imaginative nominations in the past
- votes for umpires or opposition will be excluded
5 Wilkie
4 Sinclair
3 King

I think Sinclair and Wilkie definitely the stand-outs.
I know stats don't tell the full story but I believe Sinclair has been under-estimated by several supporters and commentators yet again.
His stats measure up to better than Bontempelli who most gave as BOG.
Sinclair amassed an amazing 146 AFL fantasy points, 639 metres gained, 36 disposals, 11 marks, and a goal in a team that was soundly beaten

Re: Votes v Dogs
I think the Bont's game from the centre through to F50 probably trumps Sincs' game from the back half. Put (a player like) the Bont in a Saints jumper and we win.StPeter wrote: ↑Sat 16 Jul 2022 6:20pm 5 Sinclair
