McKay as well, downgraded.
So The Kremlin keeps saying the head is sacrosanct, but Lynch and McKay are being treated just like Cripps last year.
The Kremlin is big on talk but falls short on action depending on the club.

Remember one of the 10 Commandments : Thou shalt have no other team before thee
Really is pathetic
McKay s team goes on with so much BS and he's get off , but we know full well that if it was done by a no name player then the tribunal would have dismissed the appeal and banged on about duty of care and the head being sacrosanct....blah blah blah....etc...
What does amaze me is how often Carlton players get off when they appeal verdicts.
Obviously their briefs must carry very large paper bags
That same Kremlin is so concerned about concussion they even allowed concussion certainty Paddy McCartin to continue to play.

Now that I am old and know so much more, I know that I know so much about so little, and so little about so much.

You are over influenced by sensationalist media. Nothing in the Paton incident, did Lynch even get cited for the incidents?
We need a bit of Lynch in Max King, big forwards get pummelled the whole game, often illegally, and Lynch goes full tilt towards the ball, gives no quarter, defenders are well aware he is there. Bit like Plugger, except more restricted.

Correct decisions made by the tribunal. Reasons fully explained by Tribunal Chairman. Sanity prevails.
100% agree.
Lynch didn't elect to bump. Unfortunate for Keith but not a reportable incident.
McKay did not strike Sheezel...And didn't get him high initially.
I'd be pretty annoyed if either of those incidents resulted in suspensions if they were Saints players being reported.
BTW, the Ryder decision last season was an absolute farce.
Like the Battle free on Saturday night when he stood still and let the GC player run at him head down. What's he supposed to do? Move out of the way?
Imagine the GC player was concussed from that incident? I can hear the outcry now!
I think its slightly ironic (right word?) because both Lynch and McKay really meant to hurt their respective opponents.
McKay wanted to put the North guy into outer space but missed. Lynch wanted to knock Keith rotten and managed to look clumsy doing it.
Both should have been cautioned and had points added to their playing licence.
Didn’t contest the ball and chose to turn his body and made contact with Keath and resulted in him being knocked out
Why didn’t he go for the ball!
Looking at the incident, Lynch goes into self preservation mode. If you freeze the frame just before the ball arrives, you'll see Jones, Lynch, and Keith all with their eyes firmly on the ball.
Only Jones judges the drop of the ball accurately. If Lynch didn't turn his body, he'd have ended up with a free for front on contact from Keith, but he risked bruised or broken ribs in the process.
Sometimes there are footy incidents that, through nobody's fault, end up in injuries. This was one of those.
