Well done, Marcus!
This kid is gonna be the real deal. Can’t wait to see him back in a St.Kilda guernsey

Can you email that to RTB, he might need a nudge.Sainternist wrote: ↑Thu 01 Jun 2023 11:47pm

Re: Sandringham’s Player of the Month
Word has it that Windhager has been doing a spell with the Magoos because he needs to cotton on to Lyon’s game plan first. But with Clark now out injured, surely, he’s due to come back in after the bye, unless Bytel is regarded more highly.

Is Windy our Paddy Dow?

No. Paddy Dow has been around a while and has played 63 AFL games.
If the full list was fit last year, we may be waiting for a debut. Let's hope he isn't our next Ross or Crouch.

Re: Sandringham’s Player of the Month
Why when Saints have a bye Sandringham do as well I would have thought it would have been a great time for the coaches to get down to watch the boys and for players to impress with no Saints footy on.
When are we getting a saints VFL team they would play out of Moorabbin and our alignment would be complete plus it would be more of a smooth transition with game plan and tactics with only saints listed players.

Its a week off. Why would the St.Kilda listed players not get it?Saints58 wrote: ↑Fri 02 Jun 2023 11:20am Why when Saints have a bye Sandringham do as well I would have thought it would have been a great time for the coaches to get down to watch the boys and for players to impress with no Saints footy on.

No problem with windy playing at sandy. Young kid, getting stronger and fitter, confidence improving and learning the game plan and running patterns of rtb game plan. Future star we got a glimpse of early

Re: Sandringham’s Player of the Month
Compared to who? He find the contest ok.
Last year his running patterns were dictated by the blokes he was stopping. He's too good to go inside and feed those ball butchers Ross and Crouch, more like it.
Crouch will get the ball out to him but with 16 centre bounces and no clearances in his last effort, Ross might have to get his inside game going. Maybe a few weeks in the VFL would help?

Re: Sandringham’s Player of the Month
You'd think he'd come in for Swans game on the back of form like that. However, you couldn't rule out Bytel either

Re: Sandringham’s Player of the Month
Has Bytel played a decent game for St.Kilda yet? Yes, he hasn’t had too many chances, but I don’t remember seeing him displaying much when he did get to play with us.

I think our "master coach" has already ruled him out for another week. Bytel that is.

The medicos have on the basis of the 12 day concussion protocols.

Re: Sandringham’s Player of the Month
Well maybe I should have been clearer.
The master coach confirmed in his presser that Bytel wouldn't be available for selection against the swines because of his concussion.

Re: Sandringham’s Player of the Month
Because, technically he has a contractual week off, he injured himself late on the 27th of May, we play on Thursday the 8th. He can't possibly complete the protocols between Monday and Thursday. What an arsehole RTB is, hey and poor Bytel, he gets a 7 day rest.
