Tell us how it’s coaching when players can’t hit a target 20mtrs away??

Ross Lyon is a soccer coach who thinks there's an off-side rule in AFL.

All he had to do was hit a target
Stop talking out your arse
Slack kick, sort of hard to hit targets when your teammates are all playing behind and your midfield playing like they don't give a fork. No leadership and no confidence.

Has Bonner had a single highlight since being brought into the side this year? The lowlights are endless, yet he's played every game has he?

Who the hell thinks having Caminiti going up in the ruck against Gawn.
Pure stupidity, but that's what St.Kilda excels at from the President down.

How easy are St Kilda to play against, seriously!

Every play revolves around giving the ball to Hill, NWM, Bonner and Sincs which every coach in the league know so they just sit a player just off these four and make sure they are pressured when they get it which usually results in a turnover.

FFS Ross change it up or f*** off

When a player turns the ball over in the middle it’s **** execution

The players are horrible, but the coach is the one who keeps picking underperformers.

Despite all that the gameplan is clearly rubbish.
Who you bringing in Nostradamus???
Where’s the hidden skilled players who are going to make up the gap to Melb??
We have supporters with no **** idea except crying
“It’s game plan”
Absolutely delusional
Are you honestly saying the coaching is zero at fault?

If players aren’t meeting the standard they should be dropped for the next man up, doesn’t even matter if it’s the boot studder.

Set a standard, be ruthless.

Bonner is a turnover king and gets picked each week, he runs round knowing he’s undroppable.

Also amazingly enough you can train skills during the week.

Sorry...I forgot

Scoring is an afterthought. Only happens by accident because all 6 of our forwards are in the defensive half ....more than they are in their forward half

Again that crap narrative.

We have two first year players in.
A heap of third year.
Collingwood should have beaten Freo at home with something like 5 players under 10 games.

Stick to crying and making excuses!

For those who think coaching is just selection, gameplan, and match day tactics I've got news for you.

So if he kicked straight to a Melbourne defender because we had no forwards would have made you happier.

Wouldn't normally respond to this rubbish but you've clearly missed my points every time over the last week. One last ditch effort to get through to you and i'm done.

If you've ever had a group of 18-22 year olds working with you, you'll know that they are extremely responsive to emotion, direction, and guidance. And without it, they're often lost. Beyond that you get a group of leaders who can inspire and motivate themselves and others.

We have a team in need of direction and guidance, and clearly the coaching panel are not giving this. Outside of DC i've not seen anyone exhibit these behaviours.

It's not gameplan, selection, or tactics. it's pure lack of empathy and attempt to lead the playing group to success.

Ross has had a great group of players who were leading each other and self driven to success. The more young players we play in the team, the less of this we have.
