We are about to find out how fair dinkum the MRP/Tribunal is?

What will they give Buchannan for his hit on Clark?

Remember Baker got 4 weeks for something no-one saw, not captured by any video and with some doubt as to what actually happened.

On that basis I would expect that anything less than 6 weeks, before any offers of discount for early plea and good record, would be appropriate.

The Daily Telegraph up here showing a still photo suggesting that Marty was pushed as he kicked, causing more damage than Buchanan intended.

Looks very bad - left the ground, targeted the head, very late.

So, whoever pushed him, which is an illegal act and has caused injury, will get 3 or 4 weeks I presume?

He will be found not guilty & be given a suspended free hit permit to use during the finals series for wasting his time due to the umpires mistake.

I think the bone of contention is that the review panel said there was 'body' contact and not 'high' or 'head' contact. From what I've heard, it was lucky the filth player didnt break his jaw!!

Dont worry, the AFL has been inundated with e-mails and the like since the decision. Obviously doesnt mean jack in the wash up but hey what else can u do???
