Lets hope that sometime soon after the 10.00am announcement from StKilda First that RB, AF and whoever is left on the Board come out and supply us, THE MEMBERS with answers to what has been hapening, where they see where we are currently at and where they intend to take the club in the future. The StKilda First ticket should also spell out their vision for the future.

This whole sorry saga has caused plenty of debate on here, in the media, in bars, around dinner tables and just about everywhere else.

Our club doesn't have to implode because of this challenge. There is every chance we will come out the other end in a stronger position, no matter which way the result goes.

At the moment there are a multitude of questions that need answering and points and positions clarified.

WE, THE MEMBERS DESERVE ANSWERS. AT THE MOMENT THEY ARE NOT FORTHCOMING.

A lot of people on here are argueing for arguement sake.

It is my belief that we need to know the entire arguement before we can make a judgement. THe BIG problem at the moment is that we are all being kept in the dark !!

I'm guessing that you won't get what you want Eastern. You will get Roddy McButterss coming out saying he 'doesn't know what their problem is', and he will try and rest on his current record.

Roddy thinks all is rosy in the Saints garden. His ego won't allow him to believe he's not on the right path.

Let's list the stupidity of the last 2 years:
1. Falling out with the coach in private, making the workable situation a joke.
2. Falling out with the coach in public.
3. Sacking the coach to employ a coach to take us the next step
4. Comment "we would've sacked Grantley even if he'd won the flag" from Benny Hill Fraser
5. "We're outta here!" the whole Moorabbin debacle
6. Loss of Bill Express as major sponsor joint
7. Loss of Vodafone as major sponsor joint
8. Memberships dropping
9. Training facilities are an antiquated joke
10. Over playing the value of the club to other councils via the media then looking like fools when no other council gives a hoot
11. Steve Baker debacle seemingly by Ken Sheldon (or at least he's carrying the can)
12. July 2007 outburst on radio about Grantley.
13. Loss of key staff in recent years in Russell Morris, David Friend, James Van Beek.


AND THIS IS ONLY IN 2007! Absolute keystone cops joke.

Go back a few years:
1. Appointed Grantley with no 'process' yet went through the charade in the media
2. Over paid Grantley and gave him his head in running the footy dept solely.
3. Got shitty with Grantley when he went 'oops' maybe we should reign him in.
4. Lent Grantley and million bucks with seemingly no repayment plan.
5. Roddy McButterss is constantly on media street.....no substance, just corporate goobledegook.

off feild we have posted $1m profits - wouldnt call that a joke
we have secured the signatures of 3 of our biggest stars ? - no joke there either

the GT RB fight over the loan of money has SFA to do with the running of the club and i feel GT has made as much of an ass of himself as RB in that regard

You know something is amiss when Eastern - one of the most pro-St Kilda blokes you could possibly meet - is so puzzled as to what the hell the current administration is doing.

The facts are emerging. The truth is coming out. The past week has been awful for St Kilda fans, having our club dragged through the mud.

But today was a day of great relief. To see such a professional ticket up and running - well, what can I say, I felt like St Kilda took a step back into the real world today.

All they've shown so far is a poxy website containing a few motherhood statements. If they've got solutions rather than just taking potshots I'd like to see 'em before considering them a viable alternative.
