Both have allowed incumbency to give them a sense of entitlement to power.
Both have made the board/party about themselves, and not about a set of ideas/values.
Both have no clear vision for the future.
And both will be gone come mid-November ...

They should only play AFL games now when it's raining. Slow games of footy are so much better to watch.
