The only bad point is the two games at Subi in three weeks. Other than that, quite happy with the draw.

Fantastic draw for what I want = blockbuster games, lots of TD games, playing the big clubs twice and hardly any early travel.

Getting off to a crap start has cost us in the past. In the first half of the year, bar two matches, we play exclusively at the Dome. Perfect.

Some testy travel matches in the second half of the year might hurt us, but you've gotta believe we'll pull our finger out and hope we'll win at least two of the Sydney-Freo-WCE-Roos away matches.

Freo twice in seven weeks is quite an interesting one.

Just one trip to the MCG is frustrating, but that means more games at the Dome, which can only be a good thing.

Yet another good draw for us.

And why schedule us to play home games against Collingfilth and Essendon at Telstra Dome. Please Westaway please, tell the AFL now we want these 2 games transferred to the MCG.......please. Not only just for the bigger crowd but also from the players perspective in gaining more experience on the only ground that matters.

Play twice: Carlton, Collingwood, Essendon (is this the first time ever?!?!?!) Fremantle, Port Adelaide, Sydney and Western Bulldogs

Six day breaks: 7 (at least its not eleven but with 5 friday night games what would you expect

Friday night games - 5
Saturday afternoon - 2 (surely a record low?!?!?!)
Saturday night - 8
Sunday Early - 1
Sunday Afternoon 4
Sunday Twilight - 2 (1 is at Subiaco though)

All in all, I am very happy with this draw. Play port and Melbourne at the Telstra Dome and play the big 3 twice! Bring on 08!

5 interstate trips ad a trip to Carrara, that's not too bad, at least we play both PA and the Dockers here.

That's 6 interstate trips - Carrara IS an interstate trip!

I would've prefered 5 interstate trips, but given we finised 9th this year, I'm not surprised.....6 is a boderline fair call IMO....

I know but would you prefer to play the Roo's there or Adelaide twice? it was never realistic to expect less I/S trips than we got.
