With only a few days to the intra-club match, it would be interesting to see what teams we can come up with. Obviously with 47 on our list including rookies, and "9 of the best 25" unavailable, which does not include guys like Eljay or Attard, fielding two teams of 22 is going to be difficult.

However, let's stick with a starting 18 on each side and assume we'll get some scorpions in for interchange like last year.

a couple of times in recent years it's almost been a case of seniors vs reserves..

one year I remember a forward line of gehrig, riewoldt and miline on one side, and cam butterrss, brooks and gwilt on the other.

I am pretty sure they wre doing over 22's and under 22's this year

if it isnt 22 it is 23, somewhere to make it half half, i read that somewhere- they said seniors and juniors, gives the juniors to something to work at

Would there be any merit in auctioning off spots in the intraclub like they did for the Legends Game?

Maybe it wouldn't work because of the possibility of injury to players, etc, but I'd like corporate types would pay through the proverbial for an opportuinity like that.

You might get some rival team supporters out there to snipe, doubt it would even be considered. Better off getting some of the younger scorpions players out there.
