Just recieved in the mail

Kingston Town Hall- Nepean Hwy 6th March 7 pm.

Annual report will be available online
but you can request hard copy or for it to be sent via e-mail

Greg Westaway - who was apppointed as a Director since last Annual General Meeting meeting will retire and, being eligible,will offer himself for election
Ross Levin - who resigned and was reappointed since last meeting will retire, and being eligible, will offer himself for election for a further term
Nathan Burke - who was apppointed as a Director since last Annual General Meeting meeting will retire and, being eligible,will offer himself for election
John Gdanski -will retire and being eligible,will offer himself for re-election for a further term
Simon Grant- who was apppointed as a Director since last Annual General Meeting meeting will retire and, being eligible,will offer himself for election
Andrew Thompson -who was apppointed as a Director since last Annual General Meeting meeting will retire and, being eligible,will offer himself for election

6 vacancies- 6 nominations- Numbers do not exceed vacancies etc etc wil be duly elected at Annual general meeting.

so once elected they will pass a motion to expand the board and coop the rest of proposed FF board members?

possibly.

Part of the mailout was a proxy to ammend the constitution, with about a dozen changes all up!

Should, as always, be an interesting meeting.

If you haven't been to one, then you should.
Gives you a different perspective on the issues and pressures that a football club board faces - and some of the fools they have to deal with.


The rest of Australia can wander mask-free, socialise, eat out, no curfews, no zoning, no police rings of steel, no illogical inconsistent rules. 
They can even WATCH LIVE FOOTY!

Ive looked through the changes to the constitution and they all seem to be amendments to bring the constitution in line with current laws, to make clarifications on certain sections and generally clean it up, as well as streamlining certain processes.

For the looks of the changes being proposed the old constitution must have been severely out of date with heaps of irrelevances and holes big enough to run a truck through.
