i think the first quarter has had everything.
Players going hard at at it.
tough contests

not to mention an after the siren lead regaining goal by charman
I really enjoyed it.
it was like the footy i used to see as a kid hard and wet footy.

Seems like Lions running up and down on the one spot. Look gone early in qtr 4.
Lance or James??
There comes a point in every man's life when he has to say, "Enough is enough." For me, that time is now. I have been dealing with claims that I cheated and had an unfair advantage in <redacted>. Over the past three years, I have been subjected to a <redacted>investigation followed by <redacted> witch hunt. The toll this has taken on my family, and my work for <redacted>and on me leads me to where I am today – finished with this nonsense. (Oops just got a spontaneous errection <unredacted>)

Gutsy effort to beat the skunks.
The filth get all the breaks - travel about once a year and then it is against a team that travelled 8000k to and back to Perth, still couldn't win.
Overrated hacks are Collingwood.

Brisbane deserved to win.
Should have been further in front earlier but wasted opportunities.
Always good to see Sh1thouse doing his nana in the coaches box.
The Brisbane - Collingwood hex continues.
Michael Voss - you were right.

It was a game to watch, so maybe there is hope for the game after all (after last week's shocker, which I hated).
I thought the skills of the Pies were very good as usual (especially kicking, including set shots). Malthouse sure knows how to get the best out of an average ability list, getting them to play as a team. However, they lack a quality key forward and at least one other in the pack on baller like Scott Burns who I really admire.
Of course, we have those areas covered, but our kicking! What is it?
I might say the Lions got two very soft frees in the last quarter of the type that Port Adelaide got from Shane McInerney in the 2004 PF (who says I have a long memory?)- you know, if you slow the vision down enough you can just see a finger nail nip the top of the shoulder. There are a hundred such events in a game which go without free kick - as they should. You only need one of the three umpires to get too technical at the wrong time and that's that. Such luck strangely seems to go to the home state team. All interstate clubs have 11 home state games; this year we have three!

Can I ask why?saint edward wrote:Dont like the idea of the players changing jumpers at half time.
should have to play the whole game in one jumper even if it is ripped.
I remember one day jeff farmer was running around with no numbers on his back for melbourne after both 3's fell off.
What does it matter?
Not meaning to start anything...just curious.
